The Project was a high spec residential new build. Our works comprised of installing natural Delobole slates and lead to main Roof mansard and outbuildings in addition to installing single ply to the main house flat roof.
The main building’s central roof had code 5 vertical welted panels on a full 360-degree circumference with an incorporated vent flow system. Low level vented skirting, high level vent outlet point integrated with a king roll ridge. We were also asked to Incorporate lead access hatches which subtly blended into the vertical panels. The out-house building was carried out with code 5 lead king roll hips along with step flashing and lead bird beak vents. Our head lead worker also produced a bespoke code 8 letterbox rainwater outlet for the corners of the main building this was built into the masonry and brickwork whilst giving the illusion of an ordinary outlet.
