Headquarters of Hampshire County Council Architecture, Design and Property Services. The project included a total restriping and removal of existing roof and a complete replacement of roof covering and substrate due to a number of leaks attributed to design and installation failures. 85 tonnes of lead, covering an area of 1300m2 was installed and designed by Richardson’s. The building’s crown flat roofs also had performance issues we therefore installed a high performance Bauder Felt roof system to overcome such issues.
